If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will gladly offer a refund (excluding the cost of shipping) within 30 days via your original payment method, once the item has been returned and received. Our no hassle, 30-day money back guarantee is only applicable to single bag purchases, a minimum of 7 steamers must be remaining in the returned bag. Please be advised, that due to our warehousing processes, a $1.50 restock fee will also be applied, per item returned. If you have never tried BelloBliss before, we recommend purchasing a single bag first before purchasing our larger bundles.

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is not available for subscriptions, free gifts or orders outside Australia.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged, kindly contact us within 1 week of receiving your item and we will promptly evaluate the issue and send a new one within 2 business days.
